A comprehensive mobile application and administrative dashboard for a municipal swimming facility in Góra Kalwaria, featuring recreational and sports pools. Developed in partnership with European Dynamics, currently in production. The interface transforms numerical data into ambient color information. Live attendance and water temperature metrics drive gradient intensities. Greens shift with crowd density, and blue responds to the pool's thermal readings. This visual encoding allows users to assess facility conditions at a glance, reducing cognitive load through intuitive pattern recognition. The system includes community engagement features, facility announcements, educational quizzes about pool safety and energy efficiency, and direct messaging with staff. The administrative backend provides real-time monitoring dashboards tracking satisfaction rates, energy consumption, water usage, and attendance patterns, enabling data-driven facility management. The design approach questions how public infrastructure can match consumer app experiences, treating municipal services not as utilitarian necessities but as opportunities for accessible, community-centered digital design.
