A visual identity system for Fundacja Nowe Przestrzenie and Safe Space, organizations specializing in workplace mental health and psychological safety. The project centers on translating abstract concepts: openness, trust and safety into tangible visual language. Design research explored how form communicates emotional accessibility. Soft geometric shapes, pastel palettes, and generous white space create visual calmness that mirrors the therapeutic environment the foundation provides. The identity avoids clinical sterility or corporate coldness, instead positioning mental health support as approachable and human-centered. The system's flexibility allows it to adapt across contexts, from professional presentations to intimate counseling materials, maintaining consistency while responding to varying emotional tones. Typography and layout rhythms reinforce gentleness without sacrificing clarity or credibility.
